Starting with the introcourse
The introduction course is the best way to get started with CrossFit. In this 5-class course, you’ll learn all the basic movements of the sport. The course is mandatory for everyone who has not done CrossFit before.
Please attend the classes in the right order as much as possible. If needed, you can swap class 2 and 3, but always start with class 1 and end with 5,
Class 1 – The Squat
The foundation of all movements: the squat! We will go over the air squat, goblet squat, back squat, front squat and overhead squat.
Class 2 – The Overheads
In this class you’ll learn all the ways to get a barbell from shoulder to overhead: the strict press, push press, push jerk and split jerk.
Class 3 – The Clean & Deadlift
This class is about picking an object up from the floor in a safely manner. The Deadlift, Clean and Sumo Deadlift High Pull will be taught in this class.
Class 4 – Gymnastics
The last class of the course is about all gymnastics in CrossFit. We’ll learn do some jump rope skills (single unders and double unders), teach the technique of the rower and will do some movements in the rig (pullups and toes to bar).
Class 5 – Benchmark
In this class we’re putting everything that you’ve learned together and do one of the CrossFit Benchmark workouts! It’s like a real class to get the vibe of a regular workout. After this class you’ve completed the whole course and are ready to become a member.

The introcourse costs only €55 for all five classes. You can sign up in SportBit. We use this portal for your membership registration and signing up for the classes that you want to attent.
